Refund policy
All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a store credit, and you'll have 7 business days to issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, X FITWEAR will not cover the shipping fee of the exchange, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but we will provide you with a store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit. Please note that you must make your claim within 7 calendar days to be eligible for the store credit. If you miss this deadline, unfortunately, you will not be able to receive the store credit.
